Live From Florida
Alright, Dick said I needed to update this section, so here goes...
Back in the day, I (Lance) decided one day that I wanted to do some acting. Where the hell am I gonna do that? Well, shit, I got a digital camera (video camera), so I can just be my own cameraman, and director, and post that shit up on the net!! It all started with a little orange ninja (Thanks Linz!!!), and a quick video back in February of 2004.
Sometime later (probably 6 months to a year), I decided I was too damn fat, and wanted to go back to Weight Watchers. Well, I knew this other fat guy who was also somewhat of an actor - Former professional wrestler, Haystacks Calhoun Jr. - aka. The Hornswagglin' Hillbilly of JCW.
I asked Haystacks if he'd wanna try and lose some weight with me, and we decided to document our trials (and some pretty decent skits) here on the site through our videos.
Well, as often happens, we started slacking, and getting busy with other shit, and so on and so forth. Well, our homie Dick the Prophet stepped up, and said "YO, when you gonna do more shit? It's been too damn long since you posted shit". I'm like "Shit, you got a camera, you try it mutha facko". So he did!!
Fast forward a few months, and we've got HorrorCrux. No one here seems to know who this renegade ninja is, but so far he/she/it has done a great job getting us motivated to get up off our lazy asses, and putting up some new videos, and getting a whole new face put on LiveFromFL.com
We should also say that we really couldn't have stayed up and going all this time without the support of all of the "Gandy Beach Ninjas", and of course, the folks over @ Club Chaos.
Hopefully, in the future you'll see MANY more skits, and less of the lame sittin' around telling you what you already know: that we're just a bunch of losers with nothing better to do. We're also looking to you guys for some input. Videos, whatever. Upcoming, there will also be some contests with actual real prizes. I'm working on the details of the first one as I'm typing out this very update (10/14/2006).

to a random location and videotape a short episode of completely mad ramblings and stunts. We have special guests sometimes, we answer questions of inquiring minds, we just do whatever inspires our whacked minds that week, and occasionally we even have some insightful news. So make sure and check back every Tuesday night or Wednesday morning for the latest exploits of Lance and Haystacks, it's a GREAT way to kill boredom for about 15 minutes."
